Orders and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once the integrity of the returned articles have been verified, we will proceed with a refund or store credit. A sum of 20 € will still be deducted for sanitation purposes in addition to the following penalties:

• Scratches (teeth marks, ligation marks) – 60 €
• Teeth signs, damage to the floor, baffle, beak, ramp and all structural damage – entire cost of the mouthpiece (the refund will be rejected).

To request a return authorization, you must send a request to: order@www.cgmouthpiece.it within 7 days from receipt of order. The e-mail must specify the order number, names and codes of the items you are returning, the reason behind the return and desired compensation: voucher or partial refund.

Once we receive your return request, www.cgmouthpiece.it will send you a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

You will be asked to confirm a date for the return, preparing the package for delivery to the courier.

The refund must be made with the carrier specified in the email sent by www.cgmouthpiece.it.

In the event that the courier Espresso is used for the return, in the e-mail sent will be the pre-made document you will have to send with the parcel at the time of return.

In the case of returns from countries outside the EU, you will be sent a perfunctory invoice in the email to fill out for customs.

In case of exchange or voucher with items of equal value, return shipping will be FREE.

You can choose between these two options:

Voucher

• can be used only once within 6 months of the date of return
• cannot be combined with any other vouchers or promotions
• must be used entirely in one order of equal or greater value

Refund

• In case of return with request for refund, return shipping and any import duty will be charged to the customer.
• To check the cost of return shipping go to SHIPPING COSTS.
• The costs of import taxes vary depending on the country of origin.
• These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.
• For orders paid with a credit card, the amount will be visible on your credit card statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of return. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
• For orders paid with PayPal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
• For orders paid with bank transfer payment, the amount will be visible on your bank statement after a minimum of 8 days from the date of return. Timing may vary slightly depending on the bank.
• The product returns must be received at the offices of CG Mouthpiece by TCM / Camporelli Tiziano at Via delle Robinie 8-10a – 28040 Mezzomerico (NO), Italy within 15 days after the written authorization of the customer.
