SOLD The processes of this unique piece of a limited series (opening 7) are the same as the Syracuse ebonite M chamber model: the same facing, chamber and baffle. Its roll-over baffle is not excessively high, designed to provide excellent projection without exceeding in brightness, thus maintaining the warm sound that is typical of the best hard rubber mouthpieces. Syracuse M for alto sax has slightly concave window walls flowing into a medium chamber; this model is characterized by a smaller resistance and a deeper tone that is typical of darker mouthpieces maintaining a brightness of the sound that allow it to emerge: the perfect mouthpiece of the soloist! The precious material from which it is derived has particular acoustic characteristics: it has the brilliance and quick response of the sound - typical of our ebonite mouthpieces - and a typical tonal complexity of the best hard rubber that we use. Obtained always from the full bar and finely handcrafted, from the accurate internal finish to the outer polishing. The reinforcing ring is solid bronze, the same selected for our metal mouthpiece. It is a unique piece, a real gem!
