CG Mouthpiece Italy by TCM delivers all over the world with DHL express courier.

If the customer requests it is possible to insure your shipment. Such insurance can be selected, at a cost of 10 €, upon checkout.

In case of partial delivery due to www.cgmouthpiece.it, the shipping fee will be charged only once.

At the time of the order shipment, www.cgmouthpiece.it will send you an E-mail containing the tracking number provided by the courier, with a link to check the status of the shipment.

We ship 9:00 to 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday

All orders are shipped within 2 working days after the confirmation of your order (if in stock, otherwise you will be notified of an estimated delivery date usually between 2 to 3 weeks, the item order can then be carried out even if the product is not available as booked).
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Once shipped, orders will not be redirected.

www.cgmouthpiece.it gives the possibility to insure the shipment to delivery with an additional cost of 10 €. A signature is required for each delivery and at that point you claim responsibility for the goods. If you have indicated a specific recipient other than yourself who will receive the goods (as a gift, for example), the signature made by the consignee will be accepted as proof of delivery to complete the service by www.cgmouthpiece.it and will transfer the responsibility in the same way.

All product prices include a 22% VAT. In many countries, shipments are made Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All applicable import taxes are included in the total price displayed on the page at point of purchase “Order Summary”.

In the following countries the shipments are made DDP (DDP):

If you select a destination Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), the price of the goods specified in the checkout page under “Order Summary” does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, duties, local taxes and costs of issuing of the country in which you are shipping. These costs will then be billed to the customer by our UPS logistics partner. Since we are not able to indicate the exact amount, we ask that you always confirm via e-mail before sending an order Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). To ensure a timely shipment of your order, we recommend you check often for our email. With the shipment of the order, you accept responsibility for the importation of the respective articles and agree to provide all necessary information. Please keep in mind that the rules for importation vary depending on the country of destination. In case of withdrawal or return, taxes, customs duties and handling costs will be charged to the recipient by UPS by order of the customs office, as well as shipping costs will not be refunded.
